Fantastic selection and service!

Yo Pongo El Hielo is amazing! I ordered a few bottles of Vino Tinto and some Vermut Rojo, and the whole experience was just excellent. The selection they have is incredible, so many options. My order arrived so fast, like, quicker than I thought it would! The packaging was super secure, everything came perfectly intact. I'm definitely going to shop here again and tell all my friends about it. Seriously, if you need drinks, this is the place to go!

Solid choice for wine, minor hiccup

I purchased a few bottles of Vino Tinto and some Tónica Premium from Yo Pongo El Hielo. The selection was impressive, way more options than my local stores. Prices were competitive, especially for the quality of wines I got. The order took 5 days to reach me in Dallas, which was within their estimated time, so no real complaints there. Everything was packaged well, nothing broken. My only slight issue was that one of the Tónicas I ordered was out of stock and they substituted it with a different brand without a prior email, which wasn't a huge deal but I would have preferred to know. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about it though. I'd use them again for sure.

Good deal on gin

I was looking for a good price on Ginebra Premium and Yo Pongo El Hielo had a solid offer. The savings made it worth it, even with shipping. The bottle arrived quick enough, took about 3 days to get to me. Would buy again for a good price.

Great Gin & Quick Delivery!

I ordered a bottle of Ginebra Premium from Yo Pongo El Hielo last week and it was such a smooth process! The website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted. It arrived in just 3 days to my place in Miami, which was really fast for international shipping. The packaging was super secure, no worries about breakage. I'll definitely be buying my spirits from here again! I already told my brother about them.

Smooth order, good quality

I placed an order for a bottle of Whisky Escocés and some Tónicas. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was straightforward. Delivery took 4 days to reach Austin, which was within their stated window. Everything was well-packaged; no issues with broken bottles, which I always worry about with liquids. I had a quick question about tracking, and their customer support responded to my email within a few hours. The whisky and tonics were exactly as expected, good quality. The only minor point is that the tracking updates could have been a bit more frequent.

Got my stuff quick

Needed some Ron Añejo for a party and found it here. The website was pretty easy to use, nothing fancy. Ordered it, and it showed up a few days later, no drama. The bottle was fine, no leaks or anything. Just wish the shipping wasn't an extra charge.

Always a smooth order

This was my fourth time ordering from Yo pongo el hielo, and like the others, it was straightforward. I got a couple of bottles of Vino Tinto and some Tónicas. The delivery was quick, took 3 days to get to me in Florida, which is consistent with past experiences. The packaging is always good too, everything arrived safe. It's why I keep coming back.

Good selection, fast shipping

Bought some Whisky Escocés. Prices were fair. Shipping was quick, got it in 4 days. Product arrived safely. Website was a bit clunky on mobile, but overall a good experience.
